Judges Application ICU Europeans 2024 is now closed.

The selection process was carried out by the ECU Judges Committee in cooperation with the ICU. Travel, accommodation, food, other travel relevant costs and per diem will be provided by the event organiser and ECU. Must fulfil requirements to obtain an entry visa, if such is required for you.

FEDERATION DELEGATES

We look forward to welcome all federation delegates to Oslofjord Convention Center, for the ICU Europeans 2024.

Federation delegates can book accommodation and food packages both through the participants booking, or through the spectator booking.

PLEASE NOTE: The main difference between the spectator and the participants booking is that the breakfast for all participants will be a food package that they have to pick up at a designated area in the morning. It is not a normal hotel breakfast for participants, as Oslofjord Convention Center is an event center and not a hotel service. However, Oslofjord Convention Center do have a main building called «Oslofjord Hotel» with a restaurant on the first floor. Rooms in this building will have a breakfast buffet, and are therefore first and foremost for spectators and VIPs. The rates are a bit higher for these rooms and there are a limited amount of rooms available.

We encourage all federation delegates to book the food packages as listed in the booking systems. We are at the same time working with designated VIPs areas that will handle the food packages that are booked for the delegates.
